Marketing Director Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote EWHC’s programs and initiatives.
Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
Manage social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
Create content, including blogs, press releases, and promotional materials, to engage and inform target audiences.
Analyze marketing data to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with community partners and media outlets to increase visibility.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
Provide leadership and guidance to marketing staff or external vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in nonprofit or health-related organizations.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content strategy.
Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Understanding of health disparities affecting Black women and communities.
Compensation & Benefits:
